Tim was very knowledgeable and helpful with the installation of my Ring cameras and assembly of my outdoor patio set. For some odd reason, my Ring camera stopped working, and I bought another to replace it per recommendation from Ring customer service. Tim was able to figure out the origin of the issue and save me some money from having to replace my camera. I highly recommend his services!
