- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My fees are hourly to come and assess the project, from there I give a price so there’s no “surprises” unless there’s something else wrong with your system. This elevates the stress of going with one contractor to find out there’s hidden costs. My prices are lower than industry standards and I have a lot of knowledge in my field (over 10 years) with boilers and plumbing systems.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I come and inspect the work needing to be done. I’m very informative and work with the customers specific needs and wants.
