Chef Rich is a gem! Food for our vacationing group of 15 was a perfect '10'. We enjoyed his cooking tips and demos. Professional. By the end of 4 days, he was part of the family. Shopped, prepped, cooked, served & cleaned up! Menus were well thought out. He made necessary adjustment for dietary issues & it was all delicious! Best decision ever to pick chef Richard Conti.
