We are extremely satisfied customers. From start to finish DryTech showed a superior level of care, concern and professionalism, which is so hard to come by these days. After weeks of sitting down with various roofers wasting our time, Terry came in and got right down to what mattered which was an affordable resolution to our leaking roof versus trying to sell us the most expensive product, talk down on other contractors, all the haggling and hassling, which was what we were getting from all the other roofers. The crew came bright and early and worked vigorously. They got done in a reasonable amount of time and cleaned up nicely. We found only ONE! staple in the driveway. Although you can't win them all, They have certainly won us over. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND DRYTECH and although we won't be needing them for roofing anytime soon, We will however suggest them to everyone we encounter who does. GREAT JOB GUYS!!!!

It is almost impossible to get this company come out to fix any issues after the roof replacement. They came up with execuses to get away from responsible for interior damage caused by roof leak. I have a bay window that cant open outward because the flashing and shingles they installed are blocking thr window. I called them and after three months I finally gave up and fixed the probelm myself. We discovered a roof leak, called them and we cant get them come out after contacting them for two months. I reported a case on BEtter business bureau, the second day they contacted me and said they wil fix the roof leak in next few days. Finally they fixed the leaking issue on the roof but they came up with a lame excuse to get away being responsible for repairing water damaged ceiling. Id avoid using this roofing company because they are not reliable.

I recently had a tree fall on my home which damaged me roof, siding, windows, and my garage. I called around and no one would come out in the storm to help seal the holes in my roof. Then I called Drytech roofing, they had people out within a short time and got the tree out of my roof and sealed it so no more water damage occurred. After that they came back and had my house looking better than new in a very short period of time. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs any service they provide. Professional staff and very friendly people to deal with.
