John came to my house a week ago and did some point up work to the front of my house. He went above and caulk a few places on the flashing. John matched the color of the mortar and all looks good. Pleased with his work.

Extremely professional. He took the time to explain every aspect of his work and did not use jargon. He completed an extremely thorough inspection, took pictures of the roof and shared. He also showed us places he was repairing and the end result. Took great care in not making a Mess and cleaning up. Will definitely use again.

John was amazing. He came and looked at what needed to be done, and took pictures to show me problem areas that were on the roof, etc. He showed up when he said he would, and stayed until he finished the job. We couldn’t be happier with the work he did! Thank you!!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in offering prices that are about 20% cheaper then any of our competition.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions about their project, going over specific details of the property, setting up a sweep and inspection. We like to do a sweep before an inspection to ensure its properly cleaned so we dont miss anything during the inspection. If a chimney isn't properly cleaned it can hide defects in the chimney that might not be visible due to the chimney not being clean.
