The owner came out to clean and inspect my chimney. It was a very thorough inspection and cleaning. He patiently explained how everything worked and what I needed to be concerned about. I am scheduling him for the needed repair work that I already knew was an issue. Great work!

We had an outstanding experience with The Duke's Chimney Sweeps. John was courteous, professional, and did a thorough job cleaning the fireplace and chimney and repairing the damper. He did an inspection of the chimney and found further repairs that needed to be done (mortar, flashing, chimney cap). We had never had any work done on the chimney, so we were not surprised (the house is 35 years old). We have hired the company to come back and do the repairs. The office is extremely professional as well and is very timely with sceduling, following up, and providing estimates.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in offering prices that are about 20% cheaper then any of our competition.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions about their project, going over specific details of the property, setting up a sweep and inspection. We like to do a sweep before an inspection to ensure its properly cleaned so we dont miss anything during the inspection. If a chimney isn't properly cleaned it can hide defects in the chimney that might not be visible due to the chimney not being clean.
