The Duke is EXCELLENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, and HONEST. So refreshing! He’s done work for us on our wood-burning fireplaces, and is going to do a big insert installation for my parent’s home as well. Would definitely recommend John (Duke)!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pride in offering prices that are about 20% cheaper then any of our competition.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Asking questions about their project, going over specific details of the property, setting up a sweep and inspection. We like to do a sweep before an inspection to ensure its properly cleaned so we dont miss anything during the inspection. If a chimney isn't properly cleaned it can hide defects in the chimney that might not be visible due to the chimney not being clean.
