Jalen is a professional through and through. He is a nice person. We were in the process of moving and had some hiccups but he was really flexible and worked with us to get our three TVs mounted exactly the way we wanted them. 3 TVs hung. 2 mirrors. A projector. A projector screen and a large curtain. Without question the best service installer I’ve hired. The price was reasonable considering I took his whole day from 1040 u til 1800. If it were 100 stars I’d argue 99-100.

Always confirm what customers want done before going to a new job so i have all materials needed for the job . Always contact customers when I’m on the way to the job and 5 minutes away.
