- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is not complicated just customized. It is inclusive of consultation, planning, shopping, preparing, food cost and clean up.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While a formal continuing education is not required, I do choose to continue my education through health and wellness seminars, industry trade shows, Food and wine expos and generally reading industry publications. I’m always looking for ways keep up with industry trends and bring innovative experiences to my clients.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
My passion for food, wine & cocktails. My extensive years of experience in many facets of the F&B industry made me realize I did not want to work any longer to help someone else's dream come true so after graduating from culinary school I found a way to turn my passion into my own business.
