Working with Mr. Tableing was a pleasure from start to finish. He offered a prompt response and a quick estimate, and worked hard to find a mutually workable time to complete the work.
He arrived on time, completed the work to a very high standard of workmanship, and took the time to leave the space cleaner than when he arrived. And even though the work took him slightly longer than he estimated time, he stuck to his price estimate.
Anytime I have work I can’t do, Mr. Tableing will be my first call!
Stephen responded promptly to me request. He gave a professional estimate on site and followed it up with a written estimate exactly as he said he would. Job was completed on time with updates and pictures. Fair price for work and great suggestions on continuing maintenance of our home. Will hire again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The rate that I charge for my service is appropriate for the work that I do and the area in which I work. I too have hired a handyman to do some work that I would not prefer doing such as roofs. When a project or hourly rate is provided I think people need to understand that a project may appear to be simple but the handyman needs to do quite a few things. Sometimes shop for materials, store materials, travel, setup tools and the worksite so that it remains clean and safe and breakdown when finished and clean the area. Many steps go into every project and they take time. You are purchasing someone's time and talent. Be fair and reasonable.
What types of customers have you worked with?
I have performed a number of projects for married couples, young people in their first home and senior citizens. A very wide range of interests and ages. Almost always there is a bit of personal conversation about normal daily living. I enjoy meeting people.
Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?
Sometimes the most simple project is the most meaningful. Recently, I was hired to paint a ground floor, screened porch like room in a condo. Prep work required some sanding, patching, reattaching moulding and repair some minor concrete issues. When the project was completed the senior I worked for was ecstatic. You would have thought I gave her a million dollars. She couldn't contain her expression of joy over her fresh, newly painted space. To me not such a big change but to her it was everything she wanted.
