I gave you a quote based on what you requested, and we even negotiated the price because you felt it was too expensive for a deep clean. Before the cleaning day I gave you the scope of the work of what we were going to do and his wife put the boys to do other things that were not included in the cleaning such as selecting toys, clothes and shoes, but my team still did it, even though it was an additional cost because that was already organization.
