Q. Describe the most common types of jobs you do for your clients.

A. Most common is doing entire rooms in homes and also commercial, waiting rooms, lobbies, labs

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. I would advise if they need someone honest, down to earth and a very dedicated worker, to give me a chance. I will provide as many prior and present clients for references that they need.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. That they have done their research on things they aren't sure of. To always go to the professionals on anything they aren't sure of, just to make sure they are sure they need the help and to keep everyone honest.

Q. Why does your work stand out from others who do what you do?

A. My work stands out over others because I make it a point to work closely with my client and listen to what they want, not what I think they want. I make sure that they are happy and pleased with what I am doing no matter what. Its very important to me.

Q. What do you like most about your job?

A. Meeting new people and working close with them and seeing how happy at the end of my job that they are! I get sooooo excited when my clients are happy and pleased. That means the most to me and I love it!

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

A. They normally ask if what they are "asking" is doable? I always feel everything is "doable" just some things take more effort and that is where I come in...I am not afraid of hard work or putting in extra effort to give my clients confindence in me or them selves.

Q. Do you have a favorite story from your work?

A. I had a job once from a client that had an entire house full of decorations, art work, items from all over the world etc. and never used a designer as she felt they were a "waste of time" however she heard about me and called. I will never forget when I walked in her home she said " I was told you work miracles and are very reasonable" Her home had only a sofa and chair and the entire house was "stuffed" into two rooms and she said "please put my home together" and walked out the door! I worked for about 2 full days, hung art work, placed accessories, arranged furniture etc and she was thrilled with me and I have done more work for her and has also sent me many referrals. I loved the job!

Q. What do you wish customers knew about you or your profession?

A. I wish more people would not "clump" the old addage that all designers are money happy and out for that only. I love my job and my biggest reward is the success of a Happy client at the end. Of course we all have to make money, but we don't have to "rob" clients! I am very workable and very reasonable.

Q. Do you do any sort of continuing education to stay up on the latest developments in your field?

A. Yes I stay in touch with everything. I go to seminars, keep posted by all new products coming and going. I keep up on all the changes and updates.
