I can't speak highly enough of Abraham from Leads Mechanical Services. This company has been taking care of my HVAC system for the past 7 years at least. Until my old HVAC system went kaput, Leads Mechanical Services always did a great job repairing it whenever necessary and installed a totally new system two years ago.
The entire experience, from the moment Abraham walked in my basement 7 years ago to this date has been fantastic. Yes indeed, from day one, Abraham displayed a high level of professionalism that made me feel comfortable. He was friendly, punctual, and efficient. He was knowledgeable, took the time to address my questions and concerns. He would go the extra mile to contact my Home Warranty company explaining exactly the nature of the issues I was facing in my basement. Whenever Abraham showed up for work, before starting any procedure, he reminded me of a surgeon who would first take the time to let his patient know exactly what he was going to do, how long it was going take and how pain free the experience would be despite any noise his tools were going to generate. Abe is incredible! He fixed my old HVAC when others could not. He is punctual, communicative, knowledgeable and very honest. When it was time, he replaced my HVAC. His prices are also fair! I will continue to use him for HVAC services
