First, let me say that Mr. Flores was very responsive. He contacted me within minutes after posting the request on Thumbtack. During our initial conversation, he made sure he understood the work request and we even video chatted so that he could have an accurate picture of the scope of the work. Mr. Flores and his crew were very punctual and very patient as I was running just a few minutes late. Again, upon arrival, we reviewed the work request together and he made suggestions for a few additional items that were necessary to ensure that the project was completed properly. Mr. Flores and his crew wasted no time in getting down to business and completed the tasks within a reasonable amount of time. He and his crew were very polite, respectful and friendly. I would most certainly use Mr. Flores again for any handyman repairs. The scope of work was bathroom repairs and included: changing out parts for toilet, replacing vanity faucet, hanging bathroom accessories and painting.

Exposed insulation and basement concrete walls needed to be sealed to prevent potentially carcinogenic dust. Naunflores immediately responded to my request, after discussing the project, he and his team were able to promptly fix the problem. So pleased with his work. Naun came out to my house and completely inspected my retainer wall for any damage. He showed me all the repairs needed and explained what needed to be done to fix the problem. He came out on time with two other employes and quickly started to work. They removed all the cracked mortar and replaced the mortar holding the fence posts on top of my wall. They cleaned up the area as they worked and I inspected all the repair before they left.
