Impress One Event Services (IOES) is confident in our pricing and we strive to cultivate relationships so our pricing is often tailored for events to fit our client’s needs. We offer itemized pricing and various discounts such as referrals and booking multiple events.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
IOES takes pride to properly onboard our clients so we start engaging from the onset. IOES friendly and full of life persona is why we are dedicated to our onboarding process which provides guidance to our clients. The first plan of action is a FREE consultation with our warm and friendly partners. From there we… 1. Assess our client’s event to develop a scope of work; 2. Build your event to successfully meet your goals and identify a plan; 3. Assign the best Lead and team for your event; 4. Hold an internal IOES meeting to educate our team and the scope of work; and finally 5. Host a GREAT Kickoff meeting or call with our wonderful NEW client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
IOES Partners (Cherie, Christina and Marlo) have decades of experience in the professional and social event planning industry. We possess certificates and training in various related fields to enhance our creativity, planning and décor skills, i.e. CMP, fashion and make-up licenses and training at George Washington University in the Event Management Program.
