- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do have a standard pricing system for services offered. Please request an estimate because, depending upon the season and special promotional offers you may receive a discount on your organizing project. Costs are listed on my services page located on my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The typical process begins with a virtual walk through. We can do this via Zoom, FaceTime or other platforms the client prefers. This will allow me to see the space and provide a realistic assessment of time and what, if any additional items (storage containers, hangers, file folders, etc. may be needed. It’s important that you get a full action plan for the results you desire, and understanding your family or work space and how you and or your family function in the space must be taken into consideration when developing a plan of action. Your virtual organizing package provides a 45 minute virtual chat that allows us to formulate a plan with a 7 Step Process and full printed action plan to get your space organized and functional for you. You will receive your full plan within 24 hours or it is free. Your plan includes a reference list of any recommended items to complete your space with an explanation and directions for completing the process.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am self trained and have spent more than 3000+ hours organizing and planning for private clients as well as companies like Ann Taylor, Loft, Victoria’s Secret, Bath & Body works and Chico’s to name a few.
