FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We value your time and would like that to be reciprocated, for extensive projects(home theaters, cabling) that need a walk through we ask a small $99 fee, that will be credited to the final bill if you decide to use our company. Gas isn’t that cheap, but it’s more about the hour in total drive time to get to you and also the amount of time spent in your home.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The very first contact with a new customer on thumbtack is our quote. In our quote we try to be as clean and detailed as we can be without offering too many confusing a la cart options. When we arrive at the clients home or office we introduce ourselves. Then we hand out our card/flyer. We put booties on our feet or remove our shoes to make sure your floors stay clean and dry. After the work is completed we will ask you if you are satisfied, and if you don't happen to be home I send pictures to your phone. If you approve of the work we shake hands or sometimes get hugged and we are on our way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I was a communications technician for eight years so wiring cameras or running cable is second nature to me. During that time I met my partner who was trained by a big company to mount tvs and install home theaters.
