Question and answer

Q. What advice do you have for a customer looking to hire a provider like you?

A. How long have they been in business? We are a 4th generation family business. We will are here to provide the services you need today and we will be here for you in the future as well.

Q. If you were a customer, what do you wish you knew about your trade? Any inside secrets to share?

A. Don't skimp on the products used to create your water feature. It saddens us to hear when customers use inexpensive plastic liners to create their water feature and then they crack during the winter months. We recommend using 45 mil fish safe rubber liner.

Most trouble comes from an improperly installed waterfall. You should have a liner under the waterfall that is securely attached to the main liner so that you have a contained water feature.

Q. What questions should a consumer ask to hire the right service professional?

A. Ask to see photos of past work and a list of previous customers that you may contact. Confirm the guarantee.

Q. What important information should buyers have thought through before seeking you out?

A. New install: A general idea of where they would like the water feature to be. If they would like something more formal or more natural. Getting water and electric to the proposed site.

Cleaning: The length and width of the pond. How many & size of fish. Type of pump & filter system. Are there rocks on the bottom of the pond? Do plants need to be divided. Is there water & electric near the pond. Where would they like discharge water & sludge to go? Is there off-street parking close to the pond?

Q. What questions do customers most commonly ask you? What's your answer?

How do I get started?
