- How did you get started doing this type of work?I love health and fitness. I was a gymnast as a child and a track runner in high school. The bug just stuck!
- What types of customers have you worked with?Every shape, size, training level and gender. From people wanting to drop a few pounds for a wedding, to heavily overweight wanting to join to the military, to people wanting to do bodybuilding competitions.
- Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take?I don’t view my clients as “projects”, however I will say I helped a client lose weight to join the military. I took a ton of effort, but together he was able to lose 90 pounds in one year.
