I absolutely LOVE my sessions with Heather! I always get a good sweat, leaving me feel accomplished! It also helps that she’s working with me, and making sure that I have proper form and proper fun! I definitely have recommended her and her peers to my friends and family, and STRONGLY ENCOURAGE you to check her out if you’re looking for a personal trainer!

I had a great workout with Heather, she was very professional and knowledgeable....I talked with her about the areas I wanted to change and she went to WORK! She showed me some exercises, the correct form, and how they’d address my target areas. Throughout the workout she had me laughing and feeling encouraged. I left educated about where to go going forward with my workouts.

Heather was incredibly helpful & uplifting! She was endlessly energetic & did a great job of motivating me to push myself through every session comfortably
