Had my first session and not only did he choose a work out that did not aggravate my bad back, he was punctual, enthusiastic, encouraging and professional. It was tough for sure but he has gained my trust and I’m glad I chose him as my personal trainer.

Finished 2 days of work so far and got the meal and cardio plan having a trainer is new for me but it’s a nice push to be better and healthier highly recommend WWHTM !

If you are looking for a great trainer, who will challenge you to stay on course and reach your goals quickly Rahem is your man! I've only been working with him for a month and already I am seeing results!!! I look and FEEL better and cant wait for the progress that is ahead of me. Before, I was just roaming the gym trying to find the right combination of exercises to get the job done and never seeing progress - that has all changed with WWHTM Fitness!
