This company is absolutely awesome!!! I am VERY PICKY about who cleans our home and I was literally WOWED by the level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the kind, sweet thoughtful personalities of the team. When they left our home it was sparkling clean. They even dusted all my plant’s leaves so everything was spic and span!!! I’m SO GLAD I selected Annapolis Cleaning professionals. I interviewed five cleaning professionals before selecting them. The thing that won me over after hearing all the great things about their company was how personable Kenia was. We have a relatively large house so we needed a deep clean. We had a lot for dust, pet dander, and our baseboards have been neglected. Not to mention we had a party over the holiday weekend. Kenia and Sarah were so thorough! We were beyond impressed! They even cleaned out our nasty ashtrays, which was a pleasant surprise. They windowsills and baseboards sparkle now. And the stove and oven are so pristine, I almost don’t want to use them😉. Not only would I recommend them, I have already scheduled regular maintenance every 2 weeks. My initial discussion was great. The job was deep cleaning and interior windows because I just finished major renovations. She wanted to give me a price over the phone, but I would not accept. I wanted her to come to the house to see what needed to be done before she quoted me a price. She visited the house and we decided on the price. A few days later she came to do the cleaning. I was surprised that it only took a couple hours for her to do everything. But then it all made sense. The cleaning was BELOW average. She half did the kitchen. The kitchen cabinets were not cleaned - drawers full of drywall dust and debris. Some of the walls still had white drywall dust. Some window sills are so dusty. Living room floor still had spots. She did a decent job on the bathroom and the baseboards were dusted. I called about my concerns and the response was “oh wow that’s odd”. She offered to come back, but I declined. The work should be done correctly the first time. I’m giving 2 stars because she was very polite on the phone.
