As a family-owned business, started in Florida before relocating to Southern Maryland, LifeLine understands the frustration of dealing with incompetent, sloppy, and overpriced pool service teams. We are Stan and Amanda, owners of LifeLine Pool and Spa, and we have over 17 years hands-on experience in all aspects of pool construction, technical troubleshooting, and automation, as well as installation and repair of filtration systems. Our industry credentials include: Certified Pool Service Professional, Certified Technician, and Certified Pool Operator.
LifeLine may be a new business in the Maryland/D.C. metro area, but we are long-time pool professionals and had a thriving clientele in Florida prior to moving "up north" to Southern Maryland. Stan and Amanda were great to work with, they made the process of diagnosing the issues with my spa very easy. They both displayed extensive knowledge in the inner workings of my spa and not just told me the issue but showed me the issue. I will refer them to anyone who has a pool of spa that may need cleaning or fixing!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to keep our prices fair as possible and competitive at the same time
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
With new customers we like to visit home and inspect pool and filtration systems and take pictures so we can build an accurate customer profile to keep in our data base for future reference and to help assist them over the phone on simple matters to avoid unnecessary service call fees saving them money and to also insure they have a safe swimming environment from the moment we begin service.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
17 years of field service in Commercial and Residential pool and Spa systems including cleaning of Pools and Spas and the more technical aspects of equipment installation, trouble shooting and repair of all pool and Spa system components. Also Certified Service Professional from the Association of Pool and Spa Professionals (APSP) and a Certified pool operator (CPO).
