The owners can be found on the jobsite almost daily, assisting to finish the work to the greatest standards that you'd expect when employing a professional. Dynamic Properties handles all jobs equally, small or big, which appears in the final product.
We attempt to coordinate with the schedule of the owner to minimize our presence as much as possible. We work extremely hard to guarantee that at the end of every work day, the work area is clean, and we try to minimize the amount of dust within the house as much as we can.

Dynamic Properties has performed a number of renovation projects on my house over the past 9 years.
1) Replace support beams on an aging deck.
2) Replace front door, rear door and side door.
3) Full kitchen renovation (joined dining room, laid ceramic tile floors, cabinets, backsplash and all the trimming).
4) Full bathroom renovation (ceramic tile floors and bath area, new bath, new toilet/vanity/recessed mirror).
I was happy to find them early in their business cycle as I think I would have a hard time getting their time now. Quality and trustworthy work is hard to find and they do both. Above all else, I sleep well at night knowing everything was done right.

Nick and Rob from Dynamic Properties remodeled a master bathroom for our home this past year. I talked to 5 different contractors in my review and the team from Dynamic was by far the most professional, timely, and thorough during the bid process. Rob offered references during our first meeting! When the work began they were on time and followed their project plan to the day. The bathroom looks AMAZING and both Rob and Nick made sure we were satisfied with the completed project. Their pricing was fair, the quality of the work was a 10. And most importantly, I would hire them again. In fact, I have hired them since this job and have been very satisfied. The home remodeling business is filled with companies and people that don't deliver a quality job or stand behind their work. This is not the case with Nick and Rob from Dynamic Properties. Hire this team and you will be VERY satisfied.

My husband and I have hired Dynamic Properties and Contracting for multiple projects inside and outside our home. Floor tiling; laundry room/craft studio; closet enhancement; door/wall repair; molding install etc. to name a few. They are at the TOP of our list to call, trustworthy, polite, dependable, accurate, and we highly recommend them! Our daughter also had hardwood floors installed by them and she was so pleased. Do not hesitate to hire!
