FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our custom in-ground pool projects in Maryland currently start at $71,000 for the base pool and increase based on size, design, site conditions, materials, equipment, and custom features. We offer free consultations and financing options to help homeowners plan the right project for their budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a free consultation to understand your vision, property, budget, and timeline. From there, we develop the pool design, review options and pricing, finalize the agreement, obtain required permits, and schedule construction. Our construction manager and superintendent closely oversee each project from start to finish.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team brings more than 60 years of combined pool-industry experience in design, construction, renovation, resurfacing, equipment, spas, and water features. Sunrise Premiere Pool Builders is licensed and insured, and our projects are supervised by experienced construction professionals.
