Thumbtack only let me choose three things I liked about this pro so I’ll just have to add the other two options here and say that I was thoroughly satisfied with Mike’s value and punctuality as well. My air conditioner was fixed the day he came out to look at it even though he had to leave to pick up a part. And thank God because it was HOT!! Mike went out of his way to work with me on pricing. I’m confident I couldn’t ask for anything fairer. I had always used a larger company for heating and cooling issues but Mike’s earned a customer for life and any referrals I have a chance to send his way. Thank you, Mike!
