Unreliable. Not professional enough to call and advise if coming. Called him and got no answer. Supposedly, the partner called back without an introduction as to who he was, then explained he was the partner. Tried to charge me more coming on a Sunday, which was the date Elmore set who had me waiting, thinking he was going to come. I advised I was not paying more when Elmore set the date and did not mention it would be more. So, the partner claimed Elmore was on a job and he would call him about it and call me back. I never heard from them again. I would not recommend Elmore to anyone. Use a well-known reputable company. It may cost a little more, but they will show up and do a professional job, not ghost you. It will definitely save you time and aggravation, and you'll get the problem fixed and have peace of mind. Oh, make sure contractors on this site are licensed and insured for major repairs.

With everything happening during this pandemic and Elmore Heating and AC accepted and respected me and my concerns by practicing social distancing. Plus I received professional and great no hassle work. It was like someone you trusted came into your home and gave great advice without hassle or worry they would half do the job. Customer for life!

My initial impression was how punctual he was, I like when I set an appointment the technician is there on time, there’s no excuses, courteous and very Knowledgeable in the work that he does. He also went over and explained the maintenance. Will definitely be doing business with him again!
