Urban Contractors did an outstanding job painting our entire house! Their work went far beyond just painting — they patched several large holes along with every nail and screw mark throughout the house, leaving the walls looking flawless. They also repaired and corrected the wood trim work, which completely transformed the look and feel of our home. The attention to detail and craftsmanship were truly impressive, and the finished product looks spectacular. I will absolutely hire them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for high-quality painting and home repair work

We were beginning the renovation of our rental property to sell and needed a contractor to do the work. I found David through here. I’ve never done renovation so this was a bit nerve racking. Initial communication was a little spotty. He showed up on time and professional. We did a walk through and noted the work. It was a bit extensive renovation. I didn’t get the contract/agreement immediately and got it a week later maybe only after couple of email chases. Deadlines were clear and payment schedule was made. David and the crew did a good job overall even with the additions we identified along the way. When I was doing the walk through, I identified things that should have been caught before me, like obvious things. Fit and finish can use a bit of work overall. Would I use David again, yes. Was he fair in his pricing, yes. There were couple of things that were overlooked and a leak under one of the sinks. David corrected those without issues. Overall, good job, fair pricing and professional. We ended up selling our house as planned.

David and his team did a fantastic job with a bathroom remodel. They designed and built a built-in shower unit and I was thrilled with both the outcome and the professionalism throughout. They were efficient and provided great options that aligned with what I wanted design-wise while also remaining budget conscious since I had a tight budget for this remodel. Urban Contractors communicated schedule expectations and progress very well, even sending photos of progress to me while I was at work. They were detail oriented and independent. I am so excited about the new bathroom and highly recommend Urban Contractors LLC. I look forward to working with them on future renovations.
