The actual work done was fine -- I don't think they planned the time well but they did finish in one day. My main objection is that I said before the job that I would need an invoice in order to be reimbursed. And I just could not get one. Annoor and his team promised over and over again, "Yes, but it come tomorrow, we promise, etc." over and over again, and yet I couldn't get them to e-mail me the one sheet of paper I needed for my property manager. "$600, Garage Painting, Payment Received." How hard is that? It was very frustrating, and honestly, kind of shady. How hard is it to send a one-page invoice? Then I was told that it WAS sent, but it's not in my e-mail or in spam. I'm just very frustrated about it. I made it clear before the job that I needed an invoice.
