Introduction: As a Cert. Trainer and Health Coach, my passion and purpose is to help you achieve a healthy overall well-being from a holistic standpoint. Often people get so consumed by the physical benefits of fitness, they miss out on the mental, emotional, and spiritual journey that goes along with it. Looking good is great: but there’s so much more. Mind-Body-Spirit connection truly transitions a simple weight loss goal to a lifestyle transformation. I believe a holistic approach to fitness - one that encourages intuitive eating, mindfulness, and daily movement. I believe in adapting various modality of exercise such as boxing, cardio boxing, dancing, calisthenics, and weight lifting to help my clients meet their goals and stay motivated. I offer one-on-one training sessions at my studio gym in Rosedale, MD and I also offer virtual training for busy clients or clients further away.

There are so many words I can say!!! I just wanted to take a second to review Ore’s personal training. I am a person who lives a very sedentary lifestyle who really needed a change and I was really apprehensive about getting a trainer. I came across her service and decided to take a Chance. And I have not regretted one moment of it. I love her work outs and I love how she handles and caters the work outs to your needs. I’ve never been so motivated in my life and she really understands me when I can’t really understand myself at times. She so sweet and I feel like I’ve known her for my whole life in just a brief moment. Instead of a trainer I consider her a friend. And what better to push you to your goal than a friend. I highly recommend her for a trainer. She is a blessing.

Ore is amazing!!! Every workout was different so it wasn’t the same thing over and over over. She is a great motivator and a wonderful person ❤️

Ore is awesome. Very informative and attentive. She definitely tailors the workouts to your needs, She listens to your goals and makes sure she knows your expectations. I really enjoy her workouts, determination and she’s friendly! But make no mistakes, she works you out apologetically. 😀
