- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically you tell me the services you would like to have done, and I quote you a price. We set up a date and time for the service. When I arrive, you may give me a general walkthrough of everything you like to have done. If you can't be home, that's fine. You can leave me a list, when I'm finished, I will send you pictures of the work done. If you are not completely satisfied, I will come back to finish whatever is necessary to your satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been working part time cleaning at various locations over 10 years. Our junk specialist has been in the junk and professional moving services for over 20 years.
