FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Mediation costs are generally split between the involved parties. Payment in full is required before the mediation is scheduled. A discount is offered for a half-day session. Each mediation session includes a Pre-Mediation meeting with each involved party.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Each new customer will have a complimentary consultation call to discuss the dispute and obtain advice on the best mediation service (specifically session amount, and type of mediation - faith-based or traditional). After that, each party will participate in a Pre-Mediation Meeting and then the initial Mediation session.
