I didn't get the pleasure to carry out a session with Jonathan due to a personal family emergency. I'm testing him based upon his customer service. Previous to booking is an appointment he was kind, courteous and professional during the telephone consult. Ease of booking on the website. Professional portfolio display and personally, he understood my family emergency and granted me a refund, which I was thankful for. I'm sure he would've exceeded my expectation as a photographer but as a business owner he definitely sweet the bar for customer service. Looking forward to working with him in the future. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
From time to time I run specials that are posted on website. Ask about the first time client discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we start with an email or phone conversation to better understand what our customers want to achieve. Once we figure out the concept and the materials needed, we'll request a deposit to book an available date. The day before the shoot the customer will receive a call for final confirmations.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a masters degree in film and a bachelors degree in broadcast journalism.
