If you know anything about 203k loans, you know they can get complicated! So I was really happy to find Pink Phishes Studio. They made the whole process so much easier for me and handled all the paperwork and details that I didn’t want to have to figure out myself. They also managed the entire project, which made everything even easier.
We recently moved in to our new home, and couldn’t be happier! I would definitely recommend them to anyone going through the 203k process or in need of project management.
