When Kyle came to my house and took a look at the job, he assessed it like it was. I had everything prepped and ready for his team to work. The attic was easy to access, it was well lit, and I had done some of the harder jobs, like installing rafter vents, before the drywall was installed. Due to this, he assesses that it would only take his crew about half a day and priced the job accordingly. His price was so good that he was less than half of one of his competitors and, still more than $1,500 less then another who was “lowering their price to give me a good deal”. I actually did the math on how much materials would cost to ensure that Kyle’s price wasn’t too low and he’d have to cut corners. After doing the math, I found that he still made a healthy profit and the other guys were a ripoff.
Smart Energy Professionals were on time, very professional, and did an excellent job. They even took the time to sweep and vacuum even though I told them not to worry about it considering the fact that I’m there still wasn’t any flooring installed.
