They came in and inspected my bathroom. Let us know that it was mold but it wasn't too bad. With some cleaning and adjustments to the bathroom ventilation we should be good to go. They were very knowledgeable and helpful.

We always use Xactimate. That's the same as the insurance companies use.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Keeping them calm is key, as long as no one was hurt during the damage/loss it can always be replaced or even salvaged.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are locally family owned business and have our certified papers to prove it.
