Frank from Pure Air responded next-day and gave us excellent and thorough service. We're new homeowners so we didn't know what to expect when our AC blew warm air. The prices were extremely fair (we comparison shopped online just in case and his pricing was spot-on) and he was very transparent about the work he was doing and why. He was also very professional and didn't pressure us. We will definitely be contacting Pure Air for our HVAC needs in the future.
