- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I provided a holistic combination approach in my Life Coaching, Yoga/ Breathe and Therapeutic Services which include an hourly rate of $40 per hour. To book a client, I require at least one session a week for the sake of accountability and stability, however, two to three sessions are recommended within the first month of Life Training.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An honest meet and greet and specific needs on the table as far as what you would like to receive from yourself, me and the universe during your progression. We will set a schedule and guidelines based on these needs and I will provide specific breath work to cleanse your mental, physical and spiritual pallet providing space for the changes and action that you will be implementing in your life.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelors Degree in Psychology and Human Services which provided a strong foundation for working with various populations. During school I volunteered at Woman and Children shelters and provided therapeutic life counseling, breath work, yoga, and art therapies. In 2014 I completed a course from the Life Coach Training Alliance and have used the skills to help friends, family, and clients reach a holistic realm of potential. I have also been a nanny and family advocate for a range of different households from single moms, to children on the Autism Spectrum, to families with parents with PTSD.
