Luis and his team did an amazing job bringing my vision to life. We started with a photo from Houzz magazine and the transformation was unbelievable! His team is professional, quick and clean. Luis did such an amazing job that we decided to renovated the other 2 full bathrooms midway into the project. As a general contractor Luis and PM Maintenance took over the home renovations and we had the whole house painted and new carpet in each bedroom. Along the way I changed my mind alot! He always said, "My goal is to make you happy. as long as you are happy with the final result, we can make the changes". He is amazing!

I hired Luis and his company to paint the interior of my home and change an ugly light in my kitchen with recessed lights. I cannot say enough about the amazing job the crew did!!!! My house now feels like a home. I could not be happier with the job that was done. I was so impressed I referred him to my mother who is interested in renovating her home. I will also be using them to do my bathroom renovations I am planning in 2021. Excellent workmanship, professional, and checked daily to make sure I was happy with the work being done. Thank you Luis and team!

True! excellent quality doesn't mean leaving your pocket empty! but, if you are looking to pay for a beer and expect to have a Champagne, then we may not be the company you are looking for your project
