David was absolutely amazing helping me with my screen door. The lock was completely broken. It’s one of those Andersen ones. He was completely knowledgeable. Got the job done in under an hour. He was also very knowledgeable about other things that were wrong with my screen door. Very helpful, 10 out of 10 highly recommend.

Contacted Him for a job and he came out the next earlier than projected and did a wonderful job. I had a lot of edging and trimming to do for some overgrowth and they came and did a wonderful job.

Dave came out, told him what i wanted done, he gave me a very reasonable estimate. I needed a fence gate repaired and some landscaping done. He showed up on time to do the the work. He was very nice and he did an excellent job. I will definitely use him again if I need work done.

David was fast in responding and was great in following up with availability. I had two dry rot split rail fence posts and a dry rot railing replaced. It took no time for David to quickly replace and fix the fence. The quality of work was outstanding! The cleanup was very neat as well. I would highly recommend and use again for that and other projects.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
It's fair and reasonable from job to job. I have itemized line estimates/quotes. We usually do provide a warranty depending from job to job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I love to introduce myself. My name is David Fendlay and Im the owner of General Labor Services. I usually get a full name address and email so that way when I provide a quote I break it down each itemized line in the quote and send it off in the email which 95 percent of customers do have. If there is no email I just simply print out the quote or invoice from the office.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have started work as a landscaper when I was in my younger days. Loved it then and love it now and also love working outside. We moved in to around the home repairs about 3 years ago. Check out some pictures. I have new ones coming real soon.
