I am passionate about health and wellness and assisting clients reach their goals. My services include a free consultation and fitness assessment. I am able to meet clients in their home for convenience and privacy, or I am willing to train you in my personal home gym. Your workout/food plan will be catered to your individual needs and limitations. I am also able to do small group training if you have some friends who enjoy working out together. I honestly care about helping you achieve your full potential, and it shows in my work ethic. If you are not successful, then I am not successful. My husband and I have both been working with Erin for six months now. It is our couple's therapy, our stress relief and our date night. We block out the time and are consistent about going. With three kids it is a great example to set and show them how important exercise and health is. Erin has been fantastic about working each of us at our level and pushing us to go even further. I have been so pleased with the results. Just this last week I had two people ask me if I was a runner and another comment what great shape I am in. My husband, as well, has improved his endurance and fitness in the time we have been working together. Our once a week has spilled into other days and weekends and we will sometimes just take a break together to work on the exercises Erin has taught us. I highly recommend her if you are looking to train for something specific or just improve your overall health.

I was introduced to Erin 6 months ago when I decided it was time for a change. At 67, overweight and not very flexible I knew I had a lot work to do. When the student is ready the teacher appears. Erin is not just a great instructor, her enthusiasm for health and fitness is contagious. I’ve dropped 40 pounds, getting real flexible and wearing the same size clothes I did in high school. She really takes fitness to an enjoyable level. I'm hitting goals and having fun at the same time. Thanks Erin!!

I started working out again in February 2011. I met Erin as she showed me around the gym about how to use the gym equipment. I felt an instant connection with her, so I decided to start going to her once a week for extra help. WOW was I amazed on how out of shape I was. She has encouraged and pushed me to do my best and at times has laughed with me. I have awesome arms and legs now! Erin is an awesome personal trainer!!!

I have been working with Erin once or twice a week for over a year. She is awesome, encouraging, flexible and fun. I was very scared and intimidated to get started but she always made me feel comfortable. Highly recommend!!!

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

    Typically, my clients focus is losing weight and toning. I also work with athletes who are trying to increase their speed, power, and endurance. Often times, my clients also have questions about proper nutrition which is very important to weight loss.

  • What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?

    That you are worth the time and investment involved. You are never too old, or out of shape. Never give up on yourself because I never will!
