Auburn Rose Property Management has managed the rental of our single family home for over a year. We chose ARPM because they not only maintain strict requirements for the rental application process but also perform walk-through home visits of our property at least 2-3 times per year. This made us feel assured that our property would be cared for and we would be alerted to any potential issues. The owners - Mark and Susan - are reliable, friendly, and excellent communicators. They frequently reply to phone calls, text messages, and emails within the hour and on weekends. We receive monthly statements, rent checks and tax forms in a timely manner and have never identified an error. As a local business, they look after our property as if they were our neighbors...which they pretty much are! Importantly, the cost for their service is very competitive with larger property management companies that rent to pretty much anyone, do not perform walk-throughs, require that you leave messages on an 800 number for any questions/issues, and treat you like one of 100s of properties they manage. I highly recommend the personalized property management provided by ARPM!

I was a tenant in one of Mark's Baltimore City properties and I have never experienced such horrible customer service. I am an excellent tenant and treat homes as if they were my own. I ask for very little and rarely (if ever) ask for anything or complain! I am OCD clean - a landlord's dream! Mark was sending my rent payment receipt's to the wrong email address and when I asked him to fix the email address he said he would, and then forget, and when I asked him again he gave me a bunch of attitude about it. My security deposit did not come within the state law required 45 days and when I inquired about it and expressed my overall displeasure with his service over the past year he told me "not to contact him again." Some guy!

Wow. The owner handles the security deposit, not me, and the owner had sent her the legally required notice-within the 45 day time frame, that it would take a bit more time, and she bit my head off. She also bit my head off when the rent receipt was sent to the wrong address. Yes, my team forgot to correct the mistake the first time, and then fixed it when she reminded us-and scolded us. Nicole took good care of the home, but her entitled and nasty attitude towards us is what brought me to request her never to contact me again. So there's our side of the story. And, if you look at the other reviews, I think you will see Auburn Rose is amazing when it comes to the service we provide to both tenants and landlords. It's unfortunate that Nicole has chosen to escalate a personality conflict into defamation of our co's character.

The decision to use Mark and Susan has consistently been the best decision for my wife and I. They are readily available and knowledgeable during anytime of the day. They have secured tenants for us on two separate occasions with ease. I would HIGHLY recommend them to anyone whom is looking for not only good rental agents, but good friends as well!

I take about 6 continuing education classes, a year, to keep my Real Estate license active. I also read 1 book a month, to keep up on property management and Realty.
