If I could give Key Consultants 10 stars I would. Angelo came out to assess a problem we were having despite a personal issue, and immediately calmed all of my anxieties and worries. He was polite, professional, knowledgeable and exceptionally honest. I would HIGHLY recommend him and his company for any foundations issues we have moving forward, as well as to other people. I worked with Angelo and Jacob for a crack in the wall in my basement. Angelo diagnosed the problem and provided an estimate. Jacob and his crew came a few days later to take care of the issue. Once they removed the drywall, the crack was much bigger than expected (although this was no surprise to Angelo, which is why they removed as much drywall as they did). The crew put down sheets and plastic to not dirty my carpet and got straight to work. It took them a couple of hours but they sent me pictures along the way so I didn’t have to step into their workspace. They not only fixed the crack but also installed some type of drainage that connected to my existing drainage system. They also replaced my sump pump which was in dire need of attention. Very grateful for their work and easing my mind as the crack caused a leak that was stressing me out. Would definitely recommend working with Key Consultants for your waterproofing needs.

Angelo drove over an hour to come check out what I was fearing might be an expensive foundation fix. He explained the issue and what might be causing the issue. He explained that it wasn’t an immediate concern and I would be better of having work done on the foundation in the spring when the materials would be more effective due to the warmer weather. He looked all around outside and checked out some concerns inside. He was very knowledgeable and explained things in a way that someone with no experience with the situation could understand. He also suggested getting another opinion for comparison. I appreciate his honesty and his thorough walkthrough and explanation. I highly recommend him to check out any foundation issues.

Key Consultants did an outstanding job diagnosing our water problem in the basement. Every time we had a decent amount of rain, water would start coming in from different corners of our basement. After a thorough examination, Angelo and Jacob, explained to me in detail the problem and were able to come up with solution. So glad I decided to go with them since the other business I received a quote from would have done something completely different which definitely would not have resolved the problem and would most likely had ended up costing me even more money. I would like to especially thank Jacob for going above and beyond the job by fortifying our basement shelving system free of charge after noticing it was not adequate to support too much weight. My wife and I appreciate your professionalism and hard work. Thanks to the entire team for doing a great job!

I had the stucco coming off of the outside walls of the new edition that was added to my house a few years ago (it was done before I bought the house, but evidently was not originally done correctly). The mesh and wood was being exposed to the elements and I need to get it taken care of before more damage ensued. I chose Key Consultants because of the credentials and reviews listed for this company. I received a response to my inquiry within an hour and had an appointment within about 3 hours for an estimate. Angelo was very professional, looked at, measured, explained everything to me, and gave me an estimate. I talked the estimate over with a friend that had a lot more experience with these things than me and she said that it was very reasonable for the work. So, I had the work done within just a few days. The walls look good especially around the crawl space opening which has been a problem for a while. This was one of the easiest transactions for work on my house that I think I have ever had and it is guaranteed for 20 years! I recommend this company for any concrete and house foundation work that one might need to have done.
