We described our situation in which we needed an estimate to replace our whole office flooring, and we felt extremely dismissed. The person said that they would not have come out if they saw pictures of our flooring which has been scratched and cut by our moving crew. We kept saying we would be fine with the whole floor being replaced with a different wood since we did not know the original, and he did not care. Rude and unprofessional, saying he was a "seller's flooring" professional not a "buyer's". Overall very weird, do not reccomend.
