Jon did a very good job power washing the steps and and porch. He even was nice enough to do the side of my home. He was very professional and went over the job throughly. I was at work when this job was done so you dont have to be home to get the job done. I would recommend this company if you are looking to have some power washing done. The prices are very reasonable.

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing reflects a ‘Property First’ philosophy. We don’t aim to be the cheapest; we aim to be the safest and most thorough. While high-volume companies use high pressure to save time, we utilize a meticulous soft-wash process and premium biodegradable solutions that protect your home’s integrity. We offer specialized appreciation discounts for our military and first responder communities as a thank you for their service.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We provide a seamless ‘White Glove’ experience. It begins with a transparent digital estimate followed by our 10-Point Property Protection Protocol, where we hand-seal exterior outlets and pre-hydrate all landscaping to ensure total safety. During the restoration, we send real-time photo and video updates directly to your phone. We conclude every job with a final quality walkthrough to ensure your property is in pristine condition before we leave the site.”
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are professionally trained in the science of Soft-Wash Restoration and chemical safety. Our team stays current with industry-leading techniques for organic growth remediation and surface-specific cleaning protocols. Beyond technical skill, our background in professional management ensures that every project is handled with meticulous attention to detail, rigorous safety standards, and $1M+ liability protection for your peace of mind.
