- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing depends on location and number of computers. There is a one time fee of $25 to process all paperwork for new clients. We do charge extra for certain services. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At the initial consultation we will have you fill out paperwork pertaining to your info, we come to your house, gather all information relevant for computer problems.

I went to school for Computer Repair and Networking.
