After months of researching various contractors, I ultimately chose Alpha Design and Builds LLC to refinish our basement. From my very first interaction with Kevin, he assured me that he would turn our unfinished space into something specialand he delivered on that promise. Kevins communication was outstanding, keeping us updated every step of the way. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely cared about making us happy.Once we signed the contract, Kevin set a clear start date and his team showed up exactly on timejust as promised. On the first day, they protected our wood floors with care, covering the entryway, laundry room, and all pathways leading to the basement. Every member of Kevins crew was professional and courteous, greeting us with a friendly hello and letting us know their schedule each day. Many times, they stayed late to keep the project on track.Kevins estimate was very fair, and as someone who loves interior design, I had plenty of ideas as the project progressed. No matter what I requested, Kevin always responded positively and found a way to make it happeneven the things that seemed impossible. The finished basement far exceeded our expectations. From the tile work (our family now calls the craftsman the tile man because he was so skilled!) to the sheetrock, painting, countertops, and flooring, every detail was handled perfectly.I rarely give perfect reviews, but if I could give Kevin and Alpha Design and Builds 10 stars, I would. My husband and I are thrilled with the results and are already planning our next project with them. Kevin is a true professional and someone I will recommend without hesitation. Finding quality workmanship and such a positive attitude is rare these days. I recently hired Alpha Design Builder to completely remodel my basement, and I couldnt be happier with the results. He was meticulous in preparing work areas and reviewing the problem and work required for repair before performing the work.Overall, the finished work was excellent and professionally performed.
