Words can’t express how grateful and happy I am with the work that was done. It’s going to be a lengthy review so, brace yourselves.
I attempted to do a DIY by removing the previous tiles not expecting the outcome that I would had gotten. I guess everything happens for a reason. The company, which I will not disclose. Who I paid to do my floors, was not able to do the correction over the sub floors. Which left me in a panic because how are you a flooring company, and don’t know how to remove excess crap and re-level the sub floors, I digress.
Thanks to Thumbtack, Ariel responded immediately. And came out the following day. He wasted no time getting in and inspecting to see what’s needed to be done. He knows his stuff. He shook his shoulders like it was no big deal. Piece of cake. Ariel had my floors leveled the following day! Due to schedule differences I had to wait a week later to have my floors finished. He did an AMAZING job. Him and his team. I can’t thank them enough. I love my floors! I will recommend Ariel any day. He’s punctual and does not waste time. And he works fast too.
Ariel, I cannot thank you enough for coming out and working so diligently to make my floors look brand new.
