- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For pricing, it’s all depends. Depends on how deep of a cleaning, how often, carpet vs hardwood floor, and commute. Other factors as important as well but I want everything to be fair and reasonable!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new client, I like to develop a reliable form of communication. I like to ask questions, what the client is looking for, what they want me to prioritize, what their schedule looks like, etc. Then we schedule a free estimate of the house, and how often the client needs the home to be cleaned. And so on.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I feel very confident in my work because I have been working for over 8 years in cleaning. Ive worked with professional companies, as well as side jobs. I’ve learned plenty over the years. I want my clients to be satisfied with the work I do.
