I recently attended the StressBusters program with Power In Nursing Innovations and it was such a great experience! As a health care provider, it can be very difficult finding a balance between caring for others and for my family AND myself. The StressBusters program taught me effective ways to balance the stresses that come with home and work life. I would highly recommend attending a course or seminar with Power In Nursing. You will not be disappointed!
