I need help in removing a heavy side table, recliner chair and TV with a pretty heavy glass topped stand.
I sent an inquiry on Sunday evening and received a quick phone call. Juan offered Tuesday morning or afternoon. I selected Tuesday afternoon.
At around Noon, he texted me his ETA, and again, when he reached our building. He arrived promptly at the agreed upon time of 1:30 pm.
He and his helper carefully, quickly and efficiently removed each item. I was able to scan my card for payment and the job was done.
The price was highly competitive versus other quotes. I was so pleased that I offered a cash tip with my sincere gratitude.
I told Juan there would be more work in the future. As other reviewers have mentioned, I will definitely use Ally and Juan in the future. Highly recommend!

Used Ally to junk a broken sectional and move a couch and peloton bike from our basement to the upstairs living room. The couch would require some tricky maneuvering to get it up the stairs but they were able to get it done.
They were super quick to respond, got an appointment scheduled with them the next day. They showed up on time and were able to complete the job quickly and professionally. Couldn’t be happier with the service they provided as it saved us a lot of difficult lifting.
